Introduction on starting weapons

There is a starting weapon at a player’s hand which he can never lose when the player start out in Darkfall online game. Starting weapons have several types which include a staff, a shield, a bow, a pole arm, and many more. A player is allowed to switch the type of weapon he spawns with in the middle of the battle, and if he wants to do that, he has to talk to an NPC in the starter towns. Another step a player can take is to buy more weapon slots and carry up to three starting weapons with him.
